What are the guys up to while the pandemic demands us to keep home? We sat down with The Big Push for setlist.fm's Quarantini Hour where the guys share what they've been up to, music faves and more.
How have your band been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic?
All our shows have been cancelled and we were really looking forward to play them. Our personal lives have also been affected in different levels like everyone else.
Paint us a picture of your current headquarters.
Loads of guitars and a rooftop with broken glass.
What activities have you been doing to keep yourself busy?
We’ve been writing loads of songs and making live videos. It really helps to stay sane.
What movies and TV have you been watching?
We watched a lot of Peep Show and movies. (Catch Me If You Can, The Wolf of Wall Street etc..)
What music or podcasts have you been listening to?
Spotify has been giving very good recommendations lately. One that stands out is "Kantori Ongaku" by Devendra Barnhart.
Are you planning on tuning into or producing any livestream performances?
We did four livestreams as part of a North American virtual tour for Live Nation, that was really cool!
How can fans support you in this time of tour postponements and social distancing?
I suppose sharing our music with their friends, watching our videos on YouTube, streaming our songs.
