Songs Kirk & Rob of Metallica Have Covered So Far On 2019 EU Tour

Metallica's WorldWired Tour is nearly at the 3.5 year mark. Over the past few years, the hard rock legends have brought their iconic catalog to fans all over the world. Right now, they are on 13th leg! The last one that will hit Europe.

Some of their most performed songs from this leg of the tour has included "For Whom the Bell Tolls," "Hardwired," and "Master of Puppets." Each night they perform, on average, around 18 songs, and it's mostly pulled from their latest album, Hardwired... to Self-Destruct, and Metallica.

But as many of you know, the sets from this tour aren't complete without a classic round of covers by guitarist Kirk Hammett and bassist Rob Trujillo. The covers have a theme - they are of bands who are local to the city they are performing that night. And they also come during a different song each night, so there's no predicting when the cover snippets will make its debuts.

The songs that Hammett and Trujillo choose is a showcase of how extensive their musical knowledge is. Some songs might be bangers, but others you may have never known (unless you're from the town of course). Today we're compiling a list of all the songs they've covered, and during which song, from each show on this European tour so far. HINT: it will all be European bands!

Note: after the solos they tail-end it with "ManUNkind" and "Orion."
