Exploring the Songs on Heart's Love Alive Tour Setlist!

Heart– two of the most revered sisters in rock n' roll history– have reunited for a massive summer tour!

Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson and their five-piece band have been traveling throughout North America on their Love Alive Tour (named after their 1977 song of the same name). The 39-date trek kicked off July 9 in St. Louis and is scheduled to hit up North American cities like Nashville, Atlanta and Milwaukee before coming to a close October 13 in St. Paul.

Equipped with a stacked setlist and killer support by fellow fierce femmes Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile and Elle King on select dates, the Wilson sisters' show is not to be missed.

They've been pulling out deep cuts and crazy covers for this tour– including songs off of Little Queen and Dreamboat Annie as well as covering artists ranging from Bob Dylan and Led Zeppelin to I-Ten and Simon & Garfunkel.

"Love Alive"

This song was featured on 1977's Little Queen and is an upbeat track featuring some epic guitars. The duo have performed the song 210 times live, debuting it April 28, 1977 at Cobo Arena in Detroit.

"Love Alive" is – obviously– the name of their tour, and also their 2005 compilation album. The album features some of their overlooked hits from the late '70s and early '80s.

"Little Queen"

The title track from their 1977 album of the same name, "Little Queen" was the second single released for the record. Although it's become a fan-favorite over the years, it did not do well upon its initial release, peaking at No. 62 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Heart performed the song aggressively during their 1977-80 tours before dropping it. They began performing it on and off during their 2007 tour and it's sporadically been added to their setlists ever since.

"Crazy on You"

"Crazy on You" was Heart's debut single following their first album, 1976's Dreamboat Annie. The song features the unusual pairing of acoustic and electric guitars and is also their most performed song ever, having been played live 763 times!

For all you Marvel fans out there– you may recognize this track from the Captain Marvel movie!

Here's Brie Larson going crazy, crazy on you in a behind-the-scenes clip from the movie:

"Barracuda"

This 1977 track spent 20 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at No. 11. It's been included in a myriad of Heart's compilation albums, after premiering on Little Queen.

In a recent interview, Nancy Wilson revealed that the famous guitar riff in "Barracuda" was inspired by the riff of Nazareth's cover of Joni Mitchell's "This Flight Tonight."

"We've been opening for a band called Nazareth in Europe and also for Queen," she said.

"And Nazareth had a hit with a Joni Mitchell song that they covered called 'This Flight Tonight' that had kind of that riff. So we kind of borrowed that and we made it into 'Barracuda.' And we saw the guys from Nazareth later and they were pissed. 'You took our riff!' But that's kind of what everybody - you borrow from what you love and then you make it your own. It's one of those sounds too, it's one of those guitar tones that I'm still trying to figure out what we did. It's hard to recreate."
