Last night, September 30th, Awolnation closed out the month with an explosive livestream concert, performed with full band and production at The Wiltern.

Embedded content is no longer available.

The ticketed event had well over a thousand people watching from across the globe. Awolnation frontman Aaron Bruno promised fans new songs, and he delivered.

He opened up the 12-song set with a live debut of "Slam (Angel Miners)" and performed several other songs off 2020's Angel Miners & the Lightning Riders. Both "The Best" and "Radical" came attached with snippets of covers that flowed perfectly out of the tracks. "The Best" got "Thunder Kiss '65" by Rob Zombie as an outro, while "Radical" got "So What'cha Want" by Beastie Boys.

His three other studio albums were also showcased in the setlist, weaving in fan favorites like "Run," "Kill Your Heroes," and "Not Your Fault." The second live debut came toward the end of the set with Angel Miners album closer "I'm a Wreck." It was followed by the show finale - "Sail."
