Hello
The idea behind covers in a foreign language is that if the idea (not a literal translation) of the lyrics has been taken over, it's a cover that has to be listed as a foreign title with a cover tag. When listening to Be bap a lula she's my baby, it surely is sung in the same way. Just have a look at all the Johnny Hallyday songs in French which are considered covers of English songs.
