"I was at the dress rehearsal and the setlist differed from this, should the songs be added to this setlist or a separate one just for dress rehearsal? The first two songs were the same but the last song was "A Madman From Manhattan" with Cat Power instead of "A Tip From You to Me""

The dress rehearsal is a separate setlist from the live show since the audience changes between those two performances. If it were one audience for both sets then it would be on one setlist.
