Hi. It doesn't actually matter what Steve Miller called the song. The song was written by Bobby 'Blue' Bland and he named it "Farther Up the Road". We can only use one way to list each song and we take the original by the person who wrote it. I already posted a source on the setlist in question, but here it is again anyway:
